Whether you need to protect product from the elements, curtains for welding, to limit access to plant areas or sound attenuation, engineering fabrics can be an economical alternative to most rigid constructions. We have manufactured modular home covers, plant partitions, carry-all bags, dye filters, release liners, insulated vat blankets, pallet covers and many other products for industry.

Service Canvas can produce your products in lots of all sizes from one to several thousand pieces. We will work carefully with you to ensure your standards of quality and price are maintained. We will manufacture your product from your materials or ours and do it when we say we will, while respecting your need for confidentiality. We specialize in larger work and operate lockstitch (stitch type 401) and chainstitch (type 301) machinery and can provide cutting, grommetting, stenciling and silk screening services.

Contract Heat Sealing

Service Canvas can provide custom heat sealing services using your material or ours. We have the capability to seal materials from light (.001") films to reinforced vinyls for truck tarps, using RF(dielectric), hot air, and thermal impulse technologies. We have the space to fabricate large blanks, up to 160' per side, and the material handling equipment to move them. We have fabricated field covers for football and baseball teams, pallet covers, swimming pool covers, coal and salt pile covers and many other items.

Packaging Products

Service canvas can manufacture custom short run packaging for vapor barrier or shock protection, either sewn or heat-sealed. We work extensively with woven polyethylene and polypropylene, foam laminates and laminated paper products. See our packaging products at Synthetic Textiles.com.
